It was a winding path that got me here with lots of late nights and early mornings but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I started coaching youth sports over 20 years ago and quickly realized it was not only a passion but a gift. I was good at it and I looked forward to inspiring my teams. Of course, whenever I do something I go all in and coaching was no different. I attended coaching clinics and learned from some of the top college coaches in the country. Coincidentally, I’ve carried that same dedication and passion into all of my speaker coaching, training courses, inspirational keynotes, workshops and leadership coaching sessions.
